Guru says, “Child, the real meaning of Swayambhu Linga is the transcendental journey and experience of the infinite, indivisible, unmanifest of the unmanifest and unknown of unknown known as the Supreme Self.
This is beyond words and beyond description. To say it is space or void or to say it is wondrous or incomprehensible or to say it is unknown or yet to be known or to say it is Light or colourless or to say it is dazzling or dark or to say it is timeless or beyond the boundaries of time or to say it is the beginning, the middle and end or to say it is beginningless and endless and to say it is formless or beyond the conception of form is impossible.
Such is this transcendental journey and experience known as Swayambhu Linga that leads to immersion and absorption into the Supreme Self.
This transcendental journey and experience can be achieved only by the atoms or “body” or the manifest state of the self-luminous akshara and the unmanifest state of the self-luminous akshara under the guidance and tutelage of the Self or self-luminous akshara.
When the real goal and purpose of a created being’s existence is to become immersed and absorbed into the Supreme Self and his duration of existence is for immersion and absorption into the Supreme Self, the Self or the self-luminous akshara is the guide, the teacher, the Guru and eventually the Supreme Self.
This transcendental journey and experience known as Swayambhu Linga will dissolve all sense of doership allowing the created being to surrender to the Self in entirety and thereby, allowing all the atoms of the “body” to harmoniously know, realize, understand, perceive, experience and transcend the unmanifest state of the self-luminous akshara thereby transcend all of creation and its creation differentials and become immersed and absorbed into the Supreme Self.
The dissolution of all sense of doership cannot be achieved by any other means as the Supreme Self is the Sole Doer. This is the true meaning of, “To see the Self existing within as existing outside and all-pervading”.
